Ende Dezember letzten Jahres kurz vor Weihnachten haben wir eine Reise nach Mailand unternommen. Eigentlich waren wir in Mailand rein geschäftlich, weil ich einige Besprechungen zu meinem Projekt durchführen musste, an dem ich bereits seit cirka 3 Jahren im Hintergrund meines Magazins JOLIMENT arbeite. Nichtsdestotrotz versuche ich, wenn ich im Ausland bin, möglichst viel über das Land und meinen Aufenthaltsort zu erfahren und nutze meine von der Arbeit freie Zeit, um Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besichtigen und Spezialitäten örtlicher Lokale zu kosten. Somit haben wir La Scala, Duomo und Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II besichtigt. Über meine gastronomische Erfahrungen werde ich euch in meinem nächsten Blogpost berichten.
Teatro alla Scala
Kulturelle Ausflüge sind mir persönlich sehr wichtig, für mich sind sie wie Nährstoff für die Seele. Die Vorstellung musste ich nach Verfügbarkeit wählen. Diesmal war es das Ballett “La Dame Aux Camélias”. Die Hauptdarstellerin war die russische Balletttänzerin Primaballerina Svetlana Zakharova.

Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II
Die Einkaufsgalerie Viktor-Emanuel-Galerie ist durch ihre Architektur spektakulär. In der Adventzeit wird im Zentrum der Galerie ein Weihnachtsbaum aufgebaut. In diesem Jahr strahlte ein Swarovski Weihnachtsbaum. In der Galerie befinden sich Luxusgeschäfte wie Prada, Armani, Versace, Gucci und Louis Vuitton, sowie bekannte Restaurants, wie das Restaurant Savini, das wir übrigens super überteuert empfanden.

Empfehlenswert ist der Besuch des Mailänder Doms, besonders des begehbaren Dachs, von wo ihr einen zauberhaften Ausblick über Mailand geniessen könnt.
English: Milan Sightseeings That Impress
End of December last year, just before Christmas, we made a trip to Milan. Actually, we were in Milan on business because I had some meetings concerning my project, which I have been working on for about 3 years in the background of my magazine JOLIMENT. Nevertheless, when I am abroad, I try to learn as much as possible about the country and my whereabouts, and use my work-free time to visit sights and taste local specialties. So we visited La Scala, Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. I will tell you about my gastronomy experiences in my next blog post.
Cultural excursions are very important to me personally. For me they are like nutrient for the soul. This time it was the ballet “La Dame Aux Camélias”. The main role was dancing the Russian prima ballerina Svetlana Zakharova.
The shopping gallery Viktor Emanuel Gallery is spectacular with its architecture. In Advent time, a Christmas tree will be set up in the center of the gallery. This year, the Swarovski Christmas tree was shining. In the gallery are luxury stores such as Prada, Armani, Versace, Gucci and Louis Vuitton, as well as well-known restaurants, such as the restaurant Savini, which we found super overpriced.
Recommended is a visit to the Milan Cathedral, especially the roof, from where you can enjoy a magical view over Milan.
